Join us for a one-hour gathering inspired by St. Francis’ message of simplicity, joy, and deep relationship with all life. Through short readings, gentle music, guided meditation, and moments of reflection, we will explore how his timeless wisdom can touch our own lives today. Expect an open, warm atmosphere where universal values—peace, compassion, and harmony with nature—come alive. No prior knowledge is needed, only a curious heart. Come and experience the quiet strength of light and love within.

What to Expect:

• A warm welcome and gentle introduction

• Reflection on three key messages from St Francis

• Short readings from St Francis and White Eagle

• Quiet instrumental music to help guide you inward

• A guided meditation (10–15 minutes)

• Optional sharing circle – share your experience in a supportive space

• Closing intention: Choose one message to work with in your life

Our Sunday gatherings have a similar format to a Sunday service, but are designed as periods of tranquillity and peace with a variety of inspiring spiritual themes at the heart.

We would love to see you in person, unfortunately this gathering will not be live streamed.
