Heart Meditation

Heart Meditation | Saturday 15th Mar. (10.00am - 11.00am) | Temple of Light | Donation

Through a gentle, relaxed approach discover a way to meditate and find your own connection to a place of stillness and harmony within.

As well as the actual meditation, the session will include information, discussion and the exploration of techniques. You will also be given suggestions for a practice at home. You do not need to have attended previous sessions to join. 

This is a drop-in activity. No booking required.
