Retreats at New Lands
A retreat at New Lands offers you an opportunity to withdraw from the outer world, to spend time in a unique healing space which is both physically and spiritually nourishing. We do this in a stunning location, in the heart of Hampshire, surrounded by a world of nature.
The Retreat House itself is set in beautiful grounds with gardens, walks and woods to enjoy across a 28-acre estate. Adding to this comfort is the Temple of Light, also situated on the estate, which is just a short stroll from The Retreat House. Seeing this unique building and stepping inside, is a meditative and healing experience not to be missed.
All our retreats offer time for meditation, experiential sessions, discussion, fun, reflection and an enjoyment of the Natural World's healing properties. It also offers time for light-heartedness and companionship with like-minded souls. Indeed, friendships are often forged here, which last for years. At the end of your stay, we hope you will leave feeling refreshed and at peace, with a greater awareness of your true spiritual nature and how to bring that awareness into daily life and relationships.
Nourishing retreats require nourishing meals too! At New Lands, delicious vegetarian and vegan dishes are prepared and cooked by our in-house allergy-conscious chef, Kam Sokhi, with a welfare-based dairy and egg policy approved by international animal welfare charity, Compassion in World Farming.
