What is this activity?

A walk-in contact healing service every Thursday at 19:00 (excl. bank holidays and recesses).

What is contact healing?

Contact healing is a form of hands-on therapy delivered by specially trained spiritual healers. It offers a non-intrusive approach to dealing with a variety of physical and mental health issues.

What does it involve?

The healing service starts at 19:00 and lasts for about an hour. During the service, you will be offered a contact healing session lasting about 15 minutes. Harnessing a gentle, non-physical energy, which the healer has learnt to access through extensive training, recipients are treated using light, physical touch on specific chakra points on the body. You will often feel a deep sense of peace, comfort and well-being during and after the process. If you would prefer a 'no-touch' session, please inform the healer during the one-to-one consultation process. 

Do I need to book? 

No. However, if you are attending a contact healing service for the first time, please arrive 45 minutes before the start time to allow for a confidential discussion with a qualified healer about the issues concerning you.

Please note: If under the age of 18, we will require written consent from a parent/carer prior to offering contact healing. Contact healing should not replace medical diagnosis or treatment by a trained physician (e.g. GP).
