White Eagle's wisdom for the year ahead

I always look forward to the first day of January, when I take down my old calendars and put up the new ones for the year ahead. I find that somehow this simple act encourages a feeling of hope, that good things will be coming along and maybe some happy surprises.

I am naturally optimistic, but hopefully a realist too, as there surely will be challenges (I have a much loved colleague in our Americas Centre who always refers to challenges as 'an opportunity for growth!')

Our White Eagle calendar for 2025 has the theme 'Inner Wisdom'. I hope you have one on your desk and that you find as much inspiration throughout the year as I do, from the carefully chosen sayings.

The January page, which I have beside me now as I write, has four quite contrasting extracts of White Eagle's wise words, one of which I hope will 'touch a cord in your heart' each time you look at it. I hope too that, as you turn the pages in the weeks ahead, there will always be one of the sayings that answers your need of the moment. I find this is an almost magical gift which White Eagle's words bring - it's as though he knows, yes, really knows, what is going on in the secret recesses of our hearts!
