Please complete this form to request to hire the Temple Meeting Room at White Eagle Lodge.

If you wish to book multiple dates, please fill in ONE form per date. Bookings of 6 hours or longer, or multiple bookings will qualify for a discount.

Please note: To hire the Temple Meeting Room, you must hold valid Public Liability Insurance (PLI).

Please state the hour/s of your activity ONLY. You will be given 30 minutes both sides of your activity to set up and pack away. An activity that is 6 hours or longer, or if you are making multiple bookings, will qualify for a discount.
