A sacred dance that connects heaven and earth...

Whether you are a first timer or experienced in this practice, now is the perfect chance to get involved in a healthy, soul-enriching dance-yoga activity in the beautiful grounds of New Lands estate. Each session will focus on practising movements and will include information, discussion and the exploration of techniques. You do not need to have attended previous sessions to join.

Cost: N/A - a donation on the day is very much appreciated

Arrive: 10:00am (10:15am start) Depart: 12:15pm

Venue: Temple Meeting Room or Temple Gardens, New Lands

Extra info: Depending on the weather, we will dance either outside or in the meeting room. Please meet in the Temple foyer for introductions. This is a drop-in activity. No booking required.

What is Paneurhythmy?

Paneurhythmy is a joyful, meditative and spiritual dance that was created by the Bulgarian mystic Beinsa Douno and his philosophy dovetails with White Eagle’s beautifully. In Paneurhythmy, we work together with the energies of nature. The simple and graceful movements have a healing effect on both the dancers and nature. Contact is created with the divine and the beings of nature when we dance.
