We warmly invite you to join our new guided Healing Meditation held in the peaceful setting of the Temple of Light on Thursday evening at 6:30pm. The timing is chosen to offer a moment of calm at the end of the working day—a space to breathe, to settle, and to begin the evening with stillness and renewal.

Led by an experienced healer, this gentle meditation opens with the words of the White Eagle Contact Healing Service, and guides you into a soul-deep connection with the healing temple in the spirit world. As you attune to this inner sanctuary, you may feel a shift—a softening, a lightness, a quiet strength returning. This healing energy can support not only your emotional and spiritual wellbeing, but your physical body too.

Each session lasts around 30 to 45 minutes. You are very welcome to come along, whether you are new to meditation or simply seeking a peaceful, healing space.

There is no charge, though donations are gratefully received.
