An opportunity to rest, rejuvenate and reflect and to reconnect with yourself away from the distractions of daily life. 

Deepen your connection with nature, and yourself, through meditation, practical gardening work and discussion with like-minded people. We explore the beauty of nature together. 

No previous gardening or meditation experience necessary. Open to everyone.
